Below is everything I read in March (in the order of when I read them), my rating (out of 5 stars) and thoughts on what I read (100% honest reviews from a bookworm).

Happy Reading!

1. It’s in His Kiss (Bridgerton #7) by Julia Quinn

This Bridgerton story was SO cute. I love Hyacinth's love story as Garreth is definitely her match. Hyacinth is very sassy (similar to her sister Eloise) and it was wonderful to see her exert her independence and get into all sorts of trouble with Garreth. Definitely one of the best books in the series!

Emmanuel Acho is a former NFL player (Go Eagles!) and a civil rights activist. Uncomfortable Conversations with a Black Man started off as a web series, and his debut book is titled with the same name. This is a great introduction to allyship and the BLM movement, as Acho breaks down how the movement came to be based off of history and Black oppression. Acho does this in an interesting way: by starting each chapter with an "uncomfortable" question that a white person has asked him in the past. If you aren't familiar with Acho, he is brilliant and extremely well-spoken. Watch the YouTube clip below to get a taste of what Uncomfortable Conversations with a Black Man is all about:

I was disappointed by Gregory's story. This is the last book in the Bridgerton series and I expected a lot more. Gregory is kind of an a** throughout the book and he greatly under-appreciates his love interest until it is almost too late. I never felt that connection between him and Lucy, and at times his behavior was just plain annoying. There is a good twist at the end, but this still wasn't one of my favorites.

4. The Map of Tiny Perfect Things by Lev Grossman

This is a short story written by The Magicians’ Lev Grossman. The premise is that 18 year old Mark is stuck in a time loop. He lives the same day over and over again, but seems content to read every book in the library, learn how to skateboard and go to the local pool. Everything changes when he meets Margaret, a mysterious teenager who is stuck in the same loop. The two of them struggle to figure out why they are stuck in the loop, and if they should escape it if given the chance. This is a really adorable sci-fi romance, and the movie on Amazon Prime is even more adorable!

5. Okay for Now by Gary D. Schmidt

This book was very well written and had some good twists and turns in it. However, it really made me feel down and I don't think I was mentally prepared to read it when I did. It reminded me a lot of Donna Tartt's The Goldfinch, but a YA version.

Ever wonder what happens with your favorite characters after the story is over? This book is a collection of epilogues for every character in the Bridgerton series. I will say some of the epilogues were better than others, however, it was really fun to get to see where each character ends up! Definitely a must read for die hard fans.
